As an entrepreneur and a marketer, Iris has focused her career on bringing value and return on investment through a variety of ventures. First during her years as a financial broker and advisor, and later when opening her real estate business in Miami.
 
Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, Iris moved to Miami in 2001, and immediately entered the real estate world. She achieved great success by developing a real estate portfolio targeted especially to her international clientele. Iris became an expert in selling pre-construction projects which turned into very lucrative investment for her clients.
 
Iris is passionate about creating a positive impact in people's lives, whether it is by helping them find their dream home, improving an area for the better through investment, or advising and consulting on commercial strategies. As a team member at Houselab Realty, Iris is empowered to continue building on opportunities, creating strong bonds with her clients, partners and associates, as well as, raising the bar through her knowledge and strong work ethics.
